Intimate Backyard Wedding | Central AB Photographer | Tessa + Taylor

Sometimes being from a small town pays off- and I'll say that more than I'd like to admit. These two, Tessa + Taylor, are that payoff. After growing up in overlapping circles most of our lives, I got to head to my hometown, Lacombe AB for their intimate backyard wedding last August that took place in his childhood backyard. When you get to know a couple like them, you remember that life doesn't need to be taken too seriously, love the little things and live a life you're proud of. I'm so thrilled to say these two are stuckkkkk with me.

After their winter engagement session in the Rocky Mountains, Canmore specifically, and then all the bits and pieces of them I got to witness even more closely as their summer celebration snuck up had me looking forward to it since the moment they asked me to be a part of it. Tessa had a local hairstylist, Nicole Laine, do her classic and perfectly boho updo, Radiance by Aila out of Edmonton do her glam, with florals and dresses coming from Dutchess Flower Company right in Lacombe, and Novia Mia respectively. The custom dinner from Famoso Pizza, dessert cake from Stella Sweet Beans, donuts from Toller's Bistro, and rentals from Copper Cloud Events had Lacombe and the surrounding areas joining together for the most colorful, beautiful, fun backyard wedding the area has ever seen. I've been dreaming of the day I get to have their day up on my website for everyone to see, because it is chalk full of so many quiet, intentional and personal to them moments I can't wait to share with all of you. Tessa, Taylor- thank you so much for all your support always, trust, friendship and faith in me. - - Read below to see what they thought, and scroll through their entire day below that <3

If you made it to the end of this day, thank you! If you're looking to chat about having me there to celebrate and capture moments with you and your love, you can fill out my form on my booking page by clicking here!
